1.Fitbit Luxe Fitness & Wellness Tracker – Lunar White/Soft Gold

Featured Comment

Let me start by saying I am a diehard Fitbit fan — I think there is a lot more functionality and more of an end-to-end experience with Fitbit than Apple Watch. I was looking to replace my Inspire HR, and when I saw this Fitbit Luxe with this band, ON SALE, I had to have it. The phone app is great, as always, and I was excited to see the new features I could use with my Luxe. I didn’t realize you couldn’t have two trackers paired at once (the way that Apple can), so that sucked, as I was planning to keep my Inspire HR paired until I was sure I was sticking with the Luxe. After first setting it up and customizing the faces, I realized that the actual retail size of the face is a .5″ rectangle, which makes a lot of the faces appear very small. The majority of the highly-advertised color screen is a large bezel. I love that Fitbits tend to be smaller on the wrist and appear more like jewelry, and thats why this band/device appealed to me. But I think the band is pretty poorly designed. The link removal is strange — each link has a different sized clasp (short or long) and it makes for an awkward in-between fit for my small wrist. One large-clasp link is too small, two small-clasp links fit but are still a bit snug, and mixing and matching the links makes it way too large to be useful at reading my heart rate. I feel like the style of this band is meant to be worn slightly loose (like a charm bracelet), but the Fitbit is meant to remain more snug, so they’re conflicting. The links also break the pattern of the aesthetic design of the bracelet by having two or three circles next to each other rather than oval-circle-oval. For me, because of my wrist sizing, the circles are off-center. When I flip my wrist over, I hate how the bracelet looks. It also seems like the band does not stay flush to the device. Even when hooked into the device, it always wiggles out to leave a small gap between the band and the device. I also loved the stainless mesh bands from my Inspire HR, and planned to buy one for my Luxe, but Fitbit has updated these bands for the Luxe model to have a new magnet clasp that I hear is annoying. The band/look of this Fitbit was one of the top reasons I bought this particular device over something like an Inspire. I like my trackers to look like jewelry and be more subtle, so I’m a little disappointed that it missed the mark. I’m continuing to test the new features of the Luxe to see if they’re worth my purchase despite my disappointments, but if not I may return the device and buy the Inspire 3 or just return it and continue using my Inspire HR.

I’ve always been wondering if a hacker could improve a bad credit score. I checked online on how to improve my credit score, I read a lady’s comment on how ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST became the savior of her family to solve credit issues. I emailed them via: rootkitscreditspecialist @ gmail . com and texted on +1 760 474 3440 regarding credit issues. I was skeptical but still made the move, to my greatest surprise they solved my problem on credit repair which has been my greatest problem. I can give you 100% assurance that rootkits credit specialist would fix your credit score within 9days, they helped me to raise my credit score from 427 to 814 excellent credit score and removed evictions on my credit report, they also cleared student loan and credit card debt of $45,000 on my report. It was incredible, I’ve been monitoring my credit report it’s a permanent fix. I needed to be sure of my credit, which made me to apply for a PPP loan and has been approved by SBA. I strongly recommend them to anyone; they are very fast and liable.

Watch worked fine just the band for the watch was missing clip to attach to watch so have to replace the band

5.Fitbit Alta HR (Black / Large)

This was a very difficult process to set up. I’ve set up about 4 Fitbit watches and, by far, this one just wouldn’t cooperate. I even called customer support at Fitbit, and they tried everything for 1 hour. Finally, by accident, I felt my watch vibrate when I was trying to get the 4-digit code to complete the setup process. I took my watch off and put this one on (none of which I had to do in the past with other watches, nor was this suggested by the Fitbit customer support rep.) Right now, the watch is working fine

Pros.

– Silicone strap is extremely comfortable, the watch integrates well with the app, and the watch packs a lot of features into a very compact case that doesn’t shout ‘look, I have the latest you-know-who, fruit-themed competitor product!’. Weather, a ‘relax’ function, Spotify controller, Agenda updates, Timers. App is nice to use. It has all you need really. Different clock faces are fun, battery life is excellent and it’s a robust little package that doesn’t cost the earth.

Cons.

I’ve actually bought two of these now – one for myself and the other for my wife. Mine is early gen and the screen is much dimmer than hers, to the extent that a couple of the watch faces are not practical to use. That said, the watch is still highly usable so that’s a minor gripe.

Also I had a screen of death issue on the first boot, which led to me searching forums for a fix (effectively a hard reset procedure and a software fiddle) since FitBit’s online support documentation wasn’t especially useful, although I did complain to them on Twitter and they were accessible and pleasant.

Woven ‘premium’ strap is itchy and a waste of time – doesn’t make for comfort or suit the watch given the sensors underneath, also gets dirty quickly. I use the silicone strap supplied instead, which is much better.

Connecting to GPS is also a bit iffy and can take time. TBH I hardly engage it half the time I go running in any case, and just let it calculate distance according to steps. In any event, that’s less of a battery drain.

9.Fitbit Luxe Fitness Tracker Bundle with Bonus Small Band – White/Stainless

I bought this about a year ago,I bought the gold band which recently started to separate from the tracker. It fell off recently and don’t know where it happened, so frustrated with that. it doesn’t track when there is less that about 30% charge, so charging more often than advertised. It seems to provide accurate step count, and track sleep.
it has not been responsive when I touch it to look at the face for time or anything else, so I have to rely on the information synced to the phone.

Things to Know Before Buying a Fitbit

Things to Know Before Buying a Fitbit

As wearable fitness technology continues to grow in popularity, Fitbit remains one of the most recognizable brands in the market. With a range of different models and features to choose from, it can be overwhelming to determine which Fitbit is right for you. Before purchasing a Fitbit, there are some key things to consider to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

1. Your Fitness Goals

When looking for a Fitbit, it is important to consider your fitness goals. Are you a runner? Do you prefer low-impact activities like yoga or walking? Are you interested in tracking your sleep? Fitbits come in a variety of models, each designed with different features to fit specific fitness needs. For example, the Fitbit Ionic is ideal for runners with GPS tracking and the ability to store music, while the Fitbit Flex 2 is perfect for those who prioritize simplicity and waterproofing.

2. Your Budget

The price range for Fitbits varies from $50 to over $300. Consider your budget before purchasing a Fitbit to ensure you are getting the most value for your investment. Keep in mind that additional features may come at a higher price, so prioritize the features that are most important to you.

3. Design

Fitbits come in a variety of designs, from sleek and professional to colorful and fun. Consider which design best suits your personal style and preferences. Additionally, make sure the design of the Fitbit is comfortable, especially if you plan on wearing it all day. Pay attention to the wristband material and adjustability to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

4. Compatibility with Your Smartphone

Fitbits are designed to sync with your smartphone, allowing you to easily track and monitor your fitness progress. Before purchasing a Fitbit, make sure it is compatible with your smartphone. Some Fitbits are designed exclusively for iOS or Android phones, so choose the one that matches your device.

5. Battery Life

Fitbits are intended to be worn throughout the day, so it is important to consider the battery life of your chosen model. Some Fitbits can last up to seven days while others require daily charging. Consider your lifestyle and daily routines when choosing a Fitbit with a battery life that works for you.

6. Features

Fitbits come with a range of features, from basic step counting to heart rate monitoring and GPS tracking. Consider which features are important to you. Are you interested in tracking your sleep, monitoring your heart rate during exercise or mapping your runs with GPS? Make sure to choose a Fitbit with features that align with your fitness goals.

7. User Interface

The Fitbit user interface should be intuitive and user-friendly. Make sure to choose a model with a clear and easy-to-read display and easily accessible features. Test out the user interface before purchasing to ensure it is easy to navigate and understand.

8. Localization

Fitbits are available in different countries, so make sure to choose a Fitbit that is localized to your region. Localization ensures that the Fitbit tracking features are optimized for the gyms, foods, and other fitness aspects of your country.

9. Customer Support

Choose a Fitbit model that comes with reliable customer support. Whether it is a warranty issue or a question about setting up your Fitbit, it is important to choose a model with reliable customer support to ensure a smooth and easy experience.

10. Compatibility with Other Fitness Apps

Fitbit is a popular choice for those looking to monitor their fitness progress, but it is not the only option available. Make sure to choose a Fitbit model that is compatible with other fitness apps you may already be using, such as MyFitnessPal or Strava.

In conclusion, choosing the right Fitbit requires careful consideration of your fitness goals, budget, design, compatibility with your smartphone, battery life, features, user interface, localization, customer support, and compatibility with other fitness apps. Keep these factors in mind when choosing the right Fitbit for you, and enjoy all the benefits of wearable fitness technology.
